- Invoice value of ₦500,000 and above
- Clean credit history or verifiable repayment track record

- Must be an individual or business entity
- Valid government-issued ID (NIN, passport, driver's license)
- Active bank account in your name
- Minimum monthly contribution as specified in cooperative terms
- Agreement to cooperative rules and bylaws

- Registered FedaCash account
- Valid business name or personal name
- Active email address for invoice delivery
- Accurate product/service details for invoice creation
